DG Kenny Schuck
Lion Kenny along with his wife Lion Darlene joined the Hayesville Lions Club in 2003. Since that time, he has served his club as President twice as well as Membership Chair, Tail Twister, Lion Tamer, Board of Directors, Project Chair, and Assistant Secretary. At the district level Lion Kenny has served as Zone Chair, Cabinet Tail Twister, and served Governors Carolyn Brook and Greg Hess as Convention Chair.
Lion Kenny has 13 years perfect attendance. He has sponsored six new members and was named Lion of the year in 2011. He received the Council of Governors Award of Merit in 2015 and is a Dick Bryan Fellow.
Lion Kenny is a 1987 graduate of Ashland High School and graduated in 1989 from the Ohio State University-Agricultural Technical Institute. He is a life member of the National FFA Alumni Association and the Ashland FFA Alumni. He served on the Ohio FFA Alumni Council for nine years and served one year as Ohio FFA Alumni President. He was elected and served 12 years as a member of the Hillsdale Board of Education, serving twice as Board President.
Lion Kenny and Lion Darlene have been married for 27 years and have two children Lion Michael and Lion Stephanie. The family raises sheep and cattle as well as hay and straw on the family farm. Lion Kenny is the Parts Manager for Ashland Tractor Sales where he has worked for 22 years.
