DG Deb Mosier

District Governor Deb Mosier has been an active Lion since joining in November 2011. She has called Wooster Noon Lions home since August 2017. Deb has held several offices including President, membership chair, director, newsletter editor, zone chairperson & region chairperson . Lion Deb served at the State level as a member of the Constitution and By-Laws Committee.

In recognition of her service to Lions she has received the International Presidential Medal, International Presidential Leadership Medal, PDG Association Leadership Award, Region Chairperson Award and Lion of the Year. She is also a Melvin Jones Fellow and a James T Coffey Fellow. Lion Deb also received the President's Club Excellence Award. She received her Bachelor's level from Lions University and has completed the coursework and will receive the Masters level at the USA-Canada Forum in Des Moines, Iowa. She has also attended the Lions Regional Leadership Institute and is a Certified Guiding Lion.

Professionally Deb was a cost accountant for Rubbermaid, credit and marketing management at Seaman Corporation and retired as a sales and marketing executive with The Ohio State University. Deb is also active in her community having served on many boards including United Way, Wayne County Children Services & Chairman of the Board of the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce leading its 900+ members. She shares her love of music and support of her church by singing in the choir at St Mary's Church in Wooster.

Lions Doc and Deb have been married for 38 years and reside in the Village of Smithville. They have one daughter Allison. Through many years of love and support they also have "daughter" Theresa, son-in-law Joshua and Granddaughter JJ.
