The state office has received news that PDG Don Heldman passed away on May 24, 2026. PDG Don served as District Governor of District of 13-D 2009 to 2010. His obituary is attached.
Although the time has passed for his visitation and service please keep Lion Ruby and their family in your thoughts and prayers.

Please be on the alert for scammers asking to be paid via PayPal or Zelle. The email requests may appear to come from a Lions member or someone you know, the name will be right, but the actual email address will be wrong. I received one claiming to be Mike Kerek that even mentioned PCC Jay wanting my help with a payment for a planned event.

The Logan Lions Club recently had their Facebook presence (page) removed by Meta(parent company for Facebook) due to suspicion of impersonation. No warning was sent to the administrators of the page (myself).
