To All Ohio Lions,
Please be on the alert for scammers asking to be paid via PayPal or Zelle. The email requests may appear to come from a Lions member or someone you know, the name will be right, but the actual email address will be wrong. I received one claiming to be Mike Kerek that even mentioned PCC Jay wanting my help with a payment for a planned event.
Ohio Lions,
Celebrate our country's upcoming 250th anniversary with this gorgeous OHIO/USA tee. Wear it on all of your upcoming events this year to celebrate our country and to show how proud we are to be Lions.
Attached is the latest Ohio Lions eNewsletter—Enjoy!
You can still find it, and past issues, online at: http://www.ohiolions.org/news-events/newsletters.
If you have content that you would like to have included in the next issue please send it to Lion Brian Fox at
Below is a note from Lion Kevin Plummer of the Logan Lions (also Marketing & Communications Chair) regarding his recent experience with Facebook. Any questions or comments should be directed to Lion Kevin (email below).
The Logan Lions Club recently had their Facebook presence (page) removed by Meta(parent company for Facebook) due to suspicion of impersonation. No warning was sent to the administrators of the page (myself).
