Lions Courage Kits allow any size group, from the smallest club to the largest multiple district to support Mental Health and Wellbeing needs by providing templates for assembling small packages of readily available items that provide immediate short-term stress relief and distraction.
The templates for individuals are composed of a base kit and add-on modules to customize the kits for the following groups of individuals:
- 1st Responders
- Veterans
- Seniors
- Homeless
- Children
- Teens
In addition to the individual kits, a template is also available for classroom kits.
The templates and all supporting documents were developed as a group project of the 2025 MD13 RLLI Level 3 class.
