Please complete the registration form below and send it in with your payment or use the following PayPal form to make your payment. A completed registration form must be sent to the Ohio Lions State Office regardless of the method of payment you choose. The registration deadline is April 26, 2024.
Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations are available at the Sawmill Creek Resort for the special daily rate of $159+tax. Please call the hotel directy at (419) 627-2106 and mention Ohio Lions to receive this rate. Room reservations received after April 12, 2025 will be provided on a space available basis at prevailing rates.
The State Office will not accept hotel reservations or room deposits.
