Meeting Individually

Dear State Committee Chairs,

The next round of State Committee meetings are coming up. Due to the increase in Covid-19 outbreaks, it is almost impossible to find a venue where all of the committees can meet in-person. So, we will once again ask that committees chairs setup their own meetings throughout the month of October. Again, the state office does have a Zoom account and I would be happy to setup a meeting for you or you can use our teleconference account, but remember that there can only be one meeting per day/time (ex. Oct 3 at 7:00 p.m.). Again, you just need to give me the day/time for both platforms and I’ll get the invitation/directions setup and sent to you.

You are also welcome to hold an in-person meeting at the state office, I just need to put you on the calendar and get a key to you, if you meet afterhours/weekend. Whether you meet via Zoom, teleconference or in-person, please make sure you let me know when you are meeting and, more importantly, let your District Governor Liaison know so that they can attend your meeting.

Written reports for the November 6th COG meeting will be due to me by Monday, October 25th. For the November 6th COG meeting State Committee Chairs will be asked to join the meeting via Zoom. The invitation for that meeting will be sent to you later.
