PDG Carl Watt, of the Colonel Crawford Lions Club, passed away Wednesday, January 24. PDG Carl served as governor of 13B in 1990-1991 and served on multiple state and district committees.
A Lions Memorial Service will be held Thursday, February 1 at 6:00 pm at the Mark A. Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home, 303 Portland Way N., Galion, OH 44833.
