We have received news of the passing of PDG Fred Breyer on Sunday, April 23rd. PDG Fred was Governor of District 13E 2009 – 2010. He served a number of years as the Multiple District Leadership Coordinator. Visitation and funeral service will be at a later date. His obituary link is below.
