A Memorial Service for Keith Don Pontius, age 89, of Crossville, TN, who passed away on January 29, 2023, will be held at Fairfield Glade United Methodist Church, 231 Westchester D.r, Crossville, TN 38558, on Friday, June 16, 2023, at 1:00 PM. Survivors: Wife, Carol Johnson Pontius; Children, Jeff Pontius and wife, Ivonne, Dean Pontius and finance, Ginny, Brenda Stanton and husband, Rich, and Laurie Fitzpatrick and husband, Tom; 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Lion Keith served as District 12-O Governor in 2001-02. Also serving that year were District 12-L, Edith Glenn (Deceased); District 12-I, Dewey Shavers (Deceased); 12-N, William "Bill" Slover and 12-S, James McBeel (Deceased). Council Chair was Bob Rittenberry (Deceased).
PDG Keith also served as District Governor in Ohio (District 13-F, OH 5) in 1968-69.
