It is with sadness that we inform you of the passing of PDG Ted Keller. PDG Ted served as District Governor of 13K during 1995-96, and served our multiple in several capacities, including being a member of the International Convention Committee. His obituary and service details are below.

Teddy "Ted" W. Keller was born on July 15, 1949, in Fairfield County, Ohio, to Bob and Carol (Gantz) Keller.
He graduated from Millersport High School in 1967 and was a member of the football team during its historic 1965 season, when the team finished undefeated and unscored upon.
In 1969, Ted was drafted into active military service with the United States Army. He served his country with distinction and courage, earning both the Bronze Star with “V” Device for Valor and the Purple Heart. After his active-duty service, he continued his commitment to service with the United States Army National Guard, serving in the 136th Field Artillery Unit, and retired with the rank of First Sergeant. In 2006, Ted was honored with induction into the Ohio Military Hall of Fame for Valor.
On August 4, 1973, Ted married Dina (Haught), and together they shared 52 years of marriage, family, and devotion.
Ted dedicated much of his professional life to public service, retiring from the City of Heath Water Department and the Millersport Water Department. He also served his community as a Walnut Township Trustee, roles he carried out with pride and integrity.
A lifelong servant to both his community and fellow veterans, Ted was a Past District Governor of Lions Club International and was actively involved in numerous organizations, including the Military Order of the Purple Heart, Lancaster-Fairfield Charity Newsies, American Legion Post 637, VFW Post 3761, and AMVETS.
Ted was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Robert “Bobby” W. Keller II; and his grandson, Phoenix Keller-Becerra.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Dina; his daughters, Lisa (Walt) Fawcett and Jessica (Mark) Slater, both of Hebron; his grandson, Alexander Becerra; his sister, Ann Piper; and his brothers, Ron and Eddie Keller.
Family and friends may gather on Thursday, January 8, 2026 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Kirkersville chapel of Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service, 285 E. Main St., Kirkersville, Ohio. Additional visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday, January 9, 2026, from 10:00am until the time of funeral service at 11:00am. Burial to follow in Millersport Cemetery, Millersport, Ohio.
