Invitation to Support Rock & Roar: A Dueling Piano Night for Sight at the 2025 Lions International Convention

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Teresa Pedroza, and I am a member of the Oviedo-Winter Springs Lions Club in Florida.

I'm writing to you today as the Local Coordinator for Rock & Roar: A Dueling Piano Night for Sight, a fundraising event we're hosting during the 2025 Lions International Convention in Orlando. This exciting event is a partnership with the Lions of Multiple District 111 – Germany, who, for the past seven International Conventions, have proudly collaborated with local Lions to support a Lions charity in the host city. We are truly honored that this year, they have selected Florida District 35-O’s own Project Right to Sight as their beneficiary!

We would be incredibly grateful for your assistance in helping us disseminate information about this event within your respective districts and clubs across MD13. Your support in sharing these details with your members would be invaluable in making this a successful and impactful fundraiser for Project Right to Sight.

Here are the event details:

Rock & Roar – A Dueling Piano Night for Sight

• When: Wednesday, July 16, 2025
• Time: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Where: Howl at the Moon Orlando, 8815 International Dr.
• Tickets: Get Tickets Here (Group ticket options are available for Lions who wish to sit together!)

Ticket Includes:

• Entry to the venue
• Appetizer buffet (6:00 PM – 8:30 PM)
• Cash bar (open until midnight)
• Live dueling piano show
• Karaoke with a live band
• 50/50 cash raffle

This is more than just a fundraiser; it's a fantastic opportunity for fellowship and fun after the convention activities, a perfect way to celebrate and connect before Lions head back home.

I have attached flyers that you can forward to your club members, include in newsletters, and post on social media. The success of this event truly depends on getting the word out, and your help is key to that.
