PCC Jay Doty passed away on March 29, 2025. PCC Jay served as District 13-H 1993-94 and as Council Chairman 1994-95. He also served on many State Committees. Funeral arrangements: Visitation will be held at Anderson Funeral Home 40 N. Main St Springboro, OH on Monday April 7, 2025 from 12pm to 1:30pm.
