Lion Ron Lutz, Past District Governor of 13-B/OH2, passed away Monday, September 4, 2023 at his home in Loudonville. He was 83. PDG Ron served as District Governor in 1996-1997 and, over the years, served on many committees at the club, district, and state levels. He served as the state Youth Chair from 2001-2003. PDG Ron continued to serve as a club officer, as chairman of the OH2 Philanthropic Fund, and as a beloved mentor.

PDG Ron was active in his church and the local parks and recreation. He was dedicated to his family.
