Introducing ID Ron Keller
Ohio's newly elected International Director. PCC Ron Keller was elected to serve a 2-year term as ID for 2022-2024 at the Lions International Convention in Montreal, Canada.
My Mission: Spread kindness as Lions.
My Vision: To inspire and motivate fellow Lions so they achieve success while serving others.
My Core Values: Compassion, Motivation, Optimism, Perseverance, Reliability, and Respect.
Our Lions Family is just as important to us as our immediate family whether they are from our hometown club or a club from the other side of the world. The Lions are an amazing organization that makes one proud to serve, again and again, whether it’s locally or globally. We may not wear capes and fly like Super Heroes, but we do make a difference in this cloudy world. Our desire is to continue our Lions journey serving and inspiring others at the international level.
Successful International Directors are proven leaders who work diligently on committees, make sound policy decisions, and motivate others while serving as roving ambassadors. I believe my vision, passion, knowledge and experience, both personally and professionally, has prepared me for that challenging role. If elected, I look forward to serving with my colleagues in promoting our proven strengths of generosity, compassion, efficiency, optimism and team work.
At the end of the day, people need hope. Hope is the reason behind random acts of kindness and good in this stressful world. We want to share that hope with as many people as possible telling our story as Lions and the story of the amazing Lions we have met along our journey. Lives can be changed by motivating others. That’s an incredible power to have as an International Director and I am ready to spread that positive feeling with my partner in service, Lion Kitty.
