MD13 Regional Lions Leadership Institute
Dear Aspiring Lion Leader,
We are pleased to inform you that the MD 13 GLT will once again be offering a “Regional Lions Leadership Institute” to the Lions of Ohio. Level II will be limited to twenty-five participants.
The Lions Institutes are indeed the “Ivy League” of leadership training. The institute at this level will be a two-day immersion into developing and improving your leadership skills. This training will not only help you in your work with Lions, but also in your profession and your life.
This institute is designed solely to enhance your leadership skills. It will not be about fund raising, membership, or service projects. It will be held Friday evening, Nov 17 thru Sunday, Nov 19, 2023. Attendance is required for all days.
The cost to participants will be your room fee of $100 – ($50 each per night when sharing a room with an attendee. If a private room is desired the room fee will be $200 ($100/per night). Non participants can join the group for dining by paying the meal cost of $82.75. The total institute cost per participant is over $350. Your only other expenses will be breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and transportation to and from. Funds from the MD-13 GLT committee allow you to attend for approximately half of the institute cost.
We invite all Level I graduates to enroll in the Level II program. On a space available basis current VDGs would be welcomed on a first come/first served basis. Encourage Lions in your clubs and district that may be stepping up to club or district offices to enroll in the RLLI Level I which we plan to present during the 24-25 Lions year. We assure you that it will be well worth your time and involvement.

A deposit of $100.00 must accompany your application for the application to be accepted.
